适用范围
GB 17498的本部分规定了除GB 17498.1通用安全要求之外，专门针对转动惯量大于0.6kg·m2、带固定轮或无飞轮的健身车的附加的特殊安全要求，本部分应与GB 17498.1结合使用。
本部分适用于固定式健身器材中的带固定轮或无飞轮的Ｓ类和Ｈ类健身车。
用于完成附加训练的带固定轮或无飞轮健身车上附加装置应符合GB 17498.1要求。
